Résumé

La fracture énucléation du deuxième cunéiforme est une lésion rare, considérée comme une variété de la luxation de l’articulation tarsométatarsienne de Lisfranc. Nous en décrivons un cas, survenant chez un patient de 25 ans, suite à un accident de la voie publique. Le patient a bénéficié d’un bilan radiologique qui a permis une bonne analyse des lésions traumatiques ainsi qu’une planification adaptée quant au traitement chirurgical. L’acte opératoire a consisté en une réduction de la luxation et l’aménagement des lésions associées par ostéosynthèse. Le patient a présenté une bonne évolution clinique et radiologique ainsi qu’une reprise normale des activités quotidiennes après une période de réhabilitation adaptée.

Abstract

The enucleation fracture of the second cuneiform bone is a rare lesion, considered to be a variety of Lisfranc’s dislocation. We describe a case, occurring in a 25-year-old patient, following an accident on a public highway. The patient benefited from a radiological assessment which allowed a good analysis of the traumatic lesions as well as an adapted plan for the surgical treatment. The operative procedure consisted in a reduction of the dislocation and the management of the associated lesions by osteosynthesis. The patient presented a good clinical and radiological evolution as well as a normal resumption of the daily activity after a period of adapted rehabilitation.
