Résumé

Il existe différentes solutions chirurgicales à l’instabilité chronique de cheville. La technique ALL est une technique mini-invasive de ligamentoplastie avec transfert du gracilis. Elle permet une reconstruction anatomique du ligament collatéral latéral de la cheville grâce à un ancillaire dédié. Cette technique autorise une rééducation précoce et un retour rapide aux activités quotidiennes. Cet article décrit et illustre la technique ALL étape par étape.

Abstract

There are many surgical options for ankle chronic instability. The ALL technique is a mini invasive ligamentoplasty using a free transplant of gracilis and thanks to a particular instrumental set. It enables an anatomical reconstruction of lateral collateral ligament of the ankle. This technique allows early mobilisation and physiotherapy with therefore a quick return to daily activities. This article describes and illustrates the ALL technique in a step by step manner.
