Résumé

Afin d'homogénéiser le niveau des connaissances sur la cheville, la Société Francophone d'Arthroscopie, avait demandé une analyse complète de littérature durant l'année 2018 sur le sujet.

Les articles ont été retrouvés via les bases de données PubMed, Medline, CINAHL, Cochrane et Embase en ciblant les mots clés « cheville/chirurgie de la cheville/instabilité de cheville/tendinopathie calcanéenne/rééducation ».

De façon totalement subjectives et indépendantes, 4 catégories ont été déterminées et un score basé sur 3 critères a été donné pour chacun des articles.

Au total, 4 672 articles ont été examinés et 202 retenus. Pour chacune des catégories ; recherche fondamentale et physiopathologie, intérêt diagnostique, suites et rééducation ; l'article ayant obtenu le meilleur score est présenté. Pour la catégorie « intérêt thérapeutique », les 3 meilleurs articles sont rapportés.

Abstract

To homogenize the level of knowledge on the ankle, the French-speaking Society of Arthroscopy, had asked for a complete analysis of literature during the year 2018 on the subject.

The articles were found via the PubMed, Medline, CINAHL, Cochrane and Embase databases by targeting the key words “ankle / ankle surgery / ankle instability / calcaneal tendinopathy / rehabilitation”.

In a completely subjective and independent way, 4 categories were determined and a score based on 3 criteria were given for each of the articles.

A total of 4,672 articles were reviewed and 202 retained. For each category; basic research and physiopathology, diagnostic interest, follow-up and reeducation; the article with the highest score is presented. For the category “therapeutic interest”, the 3 best articles are reported.
